Gina Parazo consistently imparts her knowledge as a subject matter expert in various in-service training initiatives of the PA Nursing Service, notably taking on the role of lecturer and facilitator for the Trauma Nurse Coordinator Certification Program Course (TNCC) at the Army General Hospital, Philippine Army. During the peak of the COVID-19 Pandemic, she worked alongside various social organizations to mobilize support to improve the limited availability of PPEs, food packs, and beverages for nurses during the lockdown and throughout the crucial stages of the ECQ.
