It's has been a long stay after being admitted from the ER to a room on the 5th floor. With a blood pressure of 240/135, and K not having seen a doctor in over 15 plus years, it was extremely stressful. We thought today was the day for an echo and to go home, but unfortunately, the echo didn't look so great, so we had to say another evening. K was ready to go, but because of Gina's patience and ability to reassure her patient, he was comfortable enough to stay and get checked out. Gina stayed on top of each detail and was thorough when explaining. This whole floor has been very kind. Gina has definitely made our day better. Her smile is contagious!
