While in the ICU Gina, RN was the primary nurse for my daughter. Just as a point of reference, I have worked in Healthcare for 31 years in both staff and management positions. So when I tell you that Gina is one of the most competent and caring nurses I have ever encountered it is backed by a decent amount of experience. She is a very caring person on the first or twelfth hour of her shift, she multi-tasks and is not frazzled with the multiple demands for her attentions, she advocates for her patient's needs, she has a ready smile and a gentle touch, she always explained what she was doing- from administering a med - it's purpose, dose, etc, to what to expect with a treatment, exam or surgery. I will never forget the outstanding care she provided our family.
