Gina works tirelessly to ensure that palliative care patients and their families are cared for. Even despite the complex cases and difficult family dynamics, Gina is able to comfort and guide patients/families in such a loving positive manner. Always positive, Gina goes above and beyond every day!

Gina has been at the forefront of managing care for the robust panel of Palliative Care patients. We are now down a staff member and regardless of the increased demands, she remains present, upbeat, responsive, and caring. She is aware of patient needs and works to address not only their medical issues but serves to see their social, emotional, familial, and other concerns are met, either by finding the resources they need herself or enlisting the assistance of social work and other specialties.

Her willingness to find the means to best serve patients is unfailing and personally, as a new team member, she has generously, consistently, and willingly helped me to learn aspects of my work, like how to navigate Meditech, with grace and good humor (no matter how many times I might be at her door in the midst of a demanding day). Gina exemplifies patience, care, kindness, and competence and it is a true honor to know and work with her.
