Gina took such good care of me for 7 straight hours in the recovery room after gall bladder surgery. In recovery, I was on a cot because there were no beds or rooms available. Gina was reassuring, talking to me about my pain levels, taking my vital signs, getting me food as the kitchen was closing, also serving my husband coffee, and figuring out what to do with my flowers when they were delivered and they were not allowed in recovery. She had them eventually delivered to my room once she knew which room I had gotten. She went up and above what a nurse does. She kept reassuring me I would get a room shortly. She was so kind, smart, multi-tasked at the highest level. She was also taking care of other patients. If it wasn't for her reassuring words and voice for the 7 hours, I would have tried to leave the hospital to go home, but because of Gina's persistence and care, my impatience level was subsided. Thank you, Gina! I love you and you made a bad experience all good.
