Ginell was nominated for her outstanding leadership, clinical expertise, and unwavering commitment to nursing over a remarkable 37-year career. A valued member of Atlantic Health System since 1995, she has served in Cardiology, Critical Care, Surgical Services, and Outpatient Care, inspiring colleagues and mentoring future leaders. At Chilton Medical Center, she led with excellence, playing a key role in the hospital’s Magnet redesignation with Distinction!
Her dedication extends beyond the bedside through active involvement in Shared Governance and professional organizations, including ANA, ONL, ACHE, and the AACN NJ Board. Her advanced degrees from Rutgers, Fairleigh Dickinson, and Seton Hall reflect her passion and commitment to lifelong learning.
Her contributions continue to shape nursing at CMC and beyond, making her a deserving recipient of the DAISY Lifetime Achievement Award.
