I transferred to Carl T. Hayden from a local hospital suffering from Covid complications including severe electrolyte imbalances, and diabetes insipidus. Ginette took care of me 3 nights in a row. She was compassionate and listened to me. I had no phone or means of communication with my family. Ginette went the extra mile to alleviate my fears and anxiety. Night shift can be busy and isolating. Ginette reassured me, spent the extra time with me, and made me feel warm and fuzzy. I have been a nurse for 35 years.
