Ginger Bolden, RN

Ginger received three separate nominations. One came from the patient, one of their family members, and another came from a fellow employee. The patient stated that Ginger had been their night shift nurse while they were in the hospital for close to a month. They stated that Ginger always had a positive, work-hard attitude. They did not think that there was ever a time they saw Ginger that she did not have a smile on her face. They also stated that Ginger showed great care and compassion, not only to them but their family also. The patient's family member noticed Ginger's caring, noting that she was very patient in understanding the patient's requests and questions. Ginger's behavior also stood out to one of her co-workers, who commented that Ginger is always going above and beyond while doing her job. They said she always shows up to each task with a full heart and is ready to care. They said Ginger makes the facility a better place to work.
