“Nursing is such a rewarding career and the entire staff at MHHS allows me to work hard and give my all,” said Ginger. “I have always had an interest in the medical field and I feel that nursing is truly my passion.” "Moving up the clinical ladder is currently my greatest accomplishment." “Covenant Health truly cares about their employees and that’s what I love most,” she said. Ginger says her goals in working at MHHS is to give her best each and every day and provide the best care possible to all of our patients and the best support to our staff.

When asked what the DAISY Award means to her, Ginger said “To me, this Award means I need to continue to work hard and give 100% all of the time. I strive to give the best care possible to all of our patients at Morristown-Hamblen.”
