Dear Ginia, I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of my father in law and being so patient, understanding, and compassionate with my mother in law! You have no idea how much that helped not only with his care, but to help calm her fears. You went over and beyond taking care of them, reaching out to the doctors and helping with ANY and ALL needs for him as well as my mother in law! Not only did you help with their needs but you answered my questions as well. During this time with COVID, communication with family is becoming "unique" and challenging, to say the least, and you were great. I know you treat all patients with the same respect, care and advocacy. I have brought patients to you at all times of the day, from PACU patients to ER patients and you show them the same care that you did my in-laws! You are definitely in the right profession! Your knowledge and assessment skills, compassion, and sense of urgency definitely do not go unnoticed! Just a smile and caring communication goes a long way. Thank you for the remarkable care! I don't think you ever have a bad day-  if you do, it is NEVER known! I am very proud to call you a teammate and very thankful for you to have a active role in caring for my father in law and family!
