Ginny Meeker, RN

Ginny is the most team-playing nurse I know. She is willing to help out wherever she is needed and wears many hats so well. When she sees problems that might negatively impact patient care, instead of complaining or finding fault, she positively suggests ways that we can amend the problem and many times steps right up to be involved in the process. I have never heard her be critical, even when there are problems. She has worked on call at night and I can't tell you how many times I have seen patients after her loving care in the night and they mention what a help she was to them. She is one of the most compassionate and caring nurses I have ever worked with. She is loved by the staff and the patients she serves.
