Giselle Cavazos took the time to explain everything I was discharged with. She explained and educated me on wound care, provided reading information for the insulin, and explained the “dos and don’ts” while treating my husband at home. Not very many nurses actually smile and do their job. However, this nurse expressed absolute professionalism in every aspect of my hospital experience at Harlingen Medical Center.
