I came to the hospital for blindness to the eye. I found out that I had multiple strokes and a really bad sinus infection. I ended up staying in the hospital for 7 days. It was Giselle who first took care of me. She kept me very informed and comfortable. We ended up being good friends and laughed and cried together. We are both cat people and have a weird sense of humor. But, the thing I will always remember is that I had to spend my birthday in the hospital. I had to go to a late MRI, and when I returned to my room, this sweet nurse surprised me with a birthday present and balloons, along with my sugar-free cake! I cried happy tears. I will never forget how special she made me feel.
