Per the team member, “Giselle helped me facilitate care for a health issue that my son has been dealing with for eight months. Giselle went above and beyond to help me connect with a surgeon for my son. He had been dealing with a health issue for 8 months. He has had multiple visits, ER, Urgent care, and specialty. Finally, he was referred to a surgeon. With no insurance, I knew it was going to be challenging. Luckily, it was a minimally invasive procedure that was performed in the office. Free of charge.”

What stands out is that Giselle went above and beyond to help coordinate and connect the team member and her son with a surgeon who was able to provide this procedure. She ensured that this family was supported and heard during a time of anxiety and uncertainty.
