As RNs, my husband and I, it’s quite nerve-wracking to be in the hospital as the patient. And it being our own baby makes it worrisome. Giselle not only made us comfortable, but she also made us feel at home. She walked me through every step of the way and had the utmost patience when repositioning while I had contractions. She came more than hourly to make sure I was okay. She explained every medicine and every intervention. It meant the absolute world.
