When I walked into room 1835 yesterday, to check on the condition of a patient, I was totally impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of the room. The patient looked well cared for, although hooked up to so many tubes; personal hygiene was impeccable, as he was positioned respectably. The patient’s on life support and unaware of his surroundings, but he looked really good, resting well, towards full healing, and recovery. Giselle Torres immediately followed us into the room, introducing herself as his nurse. She was so friendly, with a beautiful and sincere smile. Giselle was well knowledgeable of the care plan and the family member in charge of the patient and any decision for his care. Giselle was a breath of fresh air, kind, warm, and put the patient’s loved ones at ease. She took his care seriously and would do the very best in all requirements of his case. She is rare.
