My daughter also nominated Giselle for this award. Giselle was so kind and attentive. I was near tears regarding my daughter's condition and my perception of communication concerns with her care team. Giselle was so attentive, positive, and my daughter loves Gisselle. While I had to have the hospital, Giselle drew her labs before a procedure. My daughter told me that Gisselle was so nice, calm, and kind. I shared my faith with Gisselle and told her that I was praying for my daughter and everything would work out in Jesus' name. Gisselle explained that she had been praying for my daughter as well. She understood how worried I had been, since she was so kind and said exactly what I needed to hear. She is and was so attentive to my needs and concerns for my daughter. She does not warm up to many people, however, she specifically said that Gisselle is so nice and really caring. She wanted to nominate Gisselle.
