Gladis has been the most thorough and sincere nurse during my loved one's stay at LRMC. She enters the room by knocking on the door, communicates to the patient what she is there for, and treats the patient with respect during her interaction with them. Every time before she leaves, she asks if they need anything else and even asks what she can get me. Then, after taking our requests, she returns with whatever she went after. We have not had to call the nurses station and keep requesting some things over and over. She is very thorough in each detail of her job. It is apparent that she takes pride in her work. She is a jewel of a nurse and this hospital is fortunate to have her on their team helping and caring for their patients.
