I arrived to the ward after my open heart surgery and in a situation where I cannot even get water for myself, Gladwin came and helped me. For me, he is a perfect nurse. Always serving and caring for patients. He did not only do what is expected of him but go beyond his task to care for his patients. He often comes and checks on me to see if I was fine even on days when I was not assigned to him which I really appreciate. He even makes effort to speak to me in Arabic. This makes me very comfortable and helps me to feel better.
