Gladys Basco, BSN, RN

Gladys truly listens to her patients. She is a great nurse and others could a lot from her nursing and listening skills. She is a damn great nurse, and we need more nurses like her! She is always there for me and treats me with respect. She is so patient and treats me like I’m the only one who matters, even though I know she is busy with others too. She remembered me from a previous admission and greeted me with a happy welcome that made me feel like family. She is so kind. She explained everything and I really felt I had someone on my side who really cared about me as a person, not just a patient. Someone who understands what I’m going through.
