Gladys desde el principio se dedicó a comunicarse con sus hijos constantemente, no sólo para informarles el estado de la paciente, sino que, pidiéndoles fotografías y mensajes para hacerle un mural con su familia, para que a medida que ella se fuera despertando no se sintiera tan sola. Tanto el Dr. B, cómo Gladys son personas humanas, dedicadas y sobretodo empáticas, como pocas hoy en sus respectivas profesiones.
