Gladys Larobis, RN

Gladys was nice and helpful with all my needs and any questions or concerns I had about my surgery. She made sure to help resolve them. She kept going out of her way to try to keep me as comfortable and calm as can be. Once my anxiety started getting to me, she talked to me and explained what we could do. She is very kindhearted and sweet. Every step of the way, she kept reminding me that she understood that I was just voicing my opinions and how I felt, and it was OK! That really touched my heart. Throughout my stay on her shift, she checked in with me to make sure I was OK. Even when I got frustrated, she remained calm and patient. She definitely needs to be rewarded. She is a great nurse. She is someone you can see is devoted to her job.
