We have been at the hospital for 2 weeks now. My 15-year-old son was in a car accident. He came in with severe head trauma and foot injuries. Gleenda is amazing, always smiling, and very comforting to have around. She is of great value to the team. She is so patient and attentive. She made sure my son was cared for, he was getting the right food, also he did ask for ice cream so she would store it in the freezer and bring it as needed. Because of the head trauma, he was sensitive to light. She made sure to not have any of the light directly at his eyes. Gleenda, you are an amazing person, we will always remember you, your professionalism, and overall empathy. We wish you all of the best in your career and personal life.
