Glen is one of a kind. He is the type of nurse we all should strive to become. He consistently demonstrates empathy and selflessness every day to not only his patients but all the patients in the unit. He is the first to offer his help, regardless of what he has going on. He is the last to go home on busy days to make sure his fellow nurses get caught up and go home. Glen's patients constantly rave about how great a nurse he is and how they feel like he truly cares about their recovery. Glen is "teamwork" and a great motivator to keep the Neuro Critical Care team engaged and ready to provide the best care possible.
