Glenda has been a very active member of the OPD support team. She has been the co-chair for OPD unit based council and quality representative. She is a very valuable unit resource and a preceptor to many especially new staffs/colleagues. She is one of the most devoted and reliable nurse we have in KFNCCC-OPD.

Glenda is one of the senior charge nurses in OPD who is always willing to support and participates any project activities in the unit. She is greatly involved in unit project for the improvement of Outpatient clinic. Her knowledge, dedication and attitude toward this profession are highly dependable.

Glenda is self-driven individual who loves to enhance her professional development. She is a patient advocate, her patients and their needs are always come first. She always goes out of her way to do the best to fulfill the needs of her patients. Glenda is very helpful with a positive attitude, always willing to help others and well loved by her colleagues, patients and their families. She makes sure her patients received the best care, taking consideration of delivering high quality patient care.

She is hardworking, confident and assertive in her dealing with others and works well under pressure despite high volume of daily needs in the unit. One of her colleagues commended that she is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable in their unit. I am so proud of her, who never loses her focus of being a kind and caring nurse to her patient.

She demonstrates a good example at work, an inspiration for others, and a pride of this profession.
