The wound care nurse, Glenda, has a spirit full of optimism and reassurance. She is very calm and empathetic while dealing with patients, so that the patient comes out of the hospital optimistic and hopeful about recovery. She made my very sick husband feel hopeful about life. She also has a keen interest in achieving the best results in wound treatment. She is active, empathetic, and cooperative, cares about patients, does not complain about them, and does her best to make them happy. Glenda's approach was full of compassion and professionalism.

كانت لها روح التفاؤل والاسلوب المطمئن والهادي فى التعامل مع المرضى بحيث يخرج الشخص من العياده وهو متفائل بالشفاء. لقد منحت زوجي المريض جداً شعوراً بالأمل في الحياة. وكذلك اهتمامها الشديد للوصول إلى افضل النتائج في المعالجه .وهى نشيطه ونظيفه ومتعاونه وتهتم بالمرضى ولا تتذمر من المرضى وتقوم بأقصى جهدها لاسعاد المرضى كان تعاملها مليئًا بالرحمة والاحترافية
