Glenda was outstanding! Not only was she skillful and efficient but she was so compassionate.
I watched her taking care of my husband and it was as if watching her take care of her own father or family member. She was so patient and kind and understanding at all times. What a blessing to us both. She told us she wasn't happy that he had to come to the hospital but she hated to see him leave. She cared about him so much! She was so good about coordinating his care, tests, and procedures. She explained everything to him so that he was comfortable and she was quick to protect his privacy.
L's has Parkinson's disease, bad heart problems and was there for colon/rectal bleeding after surgery. It was unnerving for him and exhausting too but Glenda was so compassionate, made a difficult time easier for him and me, his wife.
She is perhaps one of the most sincere nurses and people we've ever met. She's a keeper!
All of the nurses and other staff members were very kind and helpful too! A great experience! Thank you all.
