We spent 67 days in the Pediatric ICU. All of the nurses were great, however, Glenda was beyond exceptional! She was the first to notice if something wasn't right with my daughter during the rough roller coaster journey of the PICU. Glenda's attentiveness was beyond my expectations, be it her clinical expertise or her social interaction with my baby. I knew my daughter was in the best hands when Glenda was our nurse! Patient care is Glenda's priority and her compassion was so endearing that it made leaving the PICU very difficult when it was time to be transferred to another unit, for I know that I will never meet anyone at Glenda's level of excellence ever again. I could go on forever talking about how awesomely amazing Glenda is, because without her, my daughter wouldn't have thrived and graduated from the PICU the way she did!
