Glenda is an engaged advocate of the Mercy Health Mission and Values. Glenda was nominated by her manager for her dedication throughout many years, and recently with her championship of the AIDET initiative. Glenda has promoted AIDET on her unit, came in on her days off to present to other units, and has gone to our other campus presenting AIDET to the staff and committees. Glenda is an excellent nurse that goes above and beyond in her love for nursing, patients, families, and staff.
