Glenn E Magpili, Registered Nurse
Glenn has come a long way from his early days as an ED nurse, rising through the challenges of the pandemic to become our Head Nurse. He is a compassionate, well-rounded leader who truly views his staff as family.
Glenn is fiercely supportive; he stands up for his team during difficult situations and steps in whenever a nurse is struggling, from floor care to giving reports to Med-Surg, CPEP, or Critical Care. He willingly absorbs pressure from administrators to protect his staff.
Glenn truly understands what it means to be both a peer and a leader, making him the perfect anchor for the busy Harlem ED.
