Glenn G Stephens, RN, BSN

Glenn Stephens has been such a positive person to work with since day 1 that I started working with him. He is always looking to help fellow co-workers and patients (who might not even be his patient). He will get up to help me find something even when in the middle of charting. He does the same for visitors and patients. He also shows intentional patience during very busy times. I recall just recently how a very agitated patient was disrupting the unit. He took a deep breath, relaxed his posture prior to entering the room, and then very calmly dealt with the agitated patient helping to ease the tension. Glenn’s positive energy rubs off on his co-workers and makes him a delight to work with.
