Glinda has been so kind and attentive, going above and beyond her job description. I have been alone most of my three-day stay, and she has been emotional support as well as nursing support. She has demonstrated great knowledge in answering my questions, devotion to her job, kindness in addressing my situation, and compassion towards me as a person, not just a patient. When I had a visitor for a short time, she ensured my visitor was just as comfortable. If it weren't for the pain, I would think I was a celebrity getting the VIP treatment.
