Gloria goes above and beyond in her duties in assisting and caring for patients in Safe Harbor. A Veteran stated the following, "She makes sure her patients are comfortable before she leaves them, and knowing she is just outside my door gives me a safe feeling. Ms. Black is so compassionate and professional, her kindness is a treasure to all of us Veterans."
