Ms. Cottoy has always demonstrated a level of commitment and dedication to her patients and as she has always stated, “My passion is to serve and advocate for others, especially the underserved.” She embodies and models the organization’s core values by showing professional dedication for quality work and maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity. She is compassionate, accountable for her actions, and is always respectful to all ensuring that she provides and promotes excellent care to the population she serves. As a team member, Ms. Cottoy has always shown a willingness to help others. She excels in developing team momentum, precepting, mentoring new nurses, and being an active member of the Shared Governance and H3 Helping Healers Heal committees for the past two years.
