My 87-year-old father was in the ICU, and Gloria was his nurse. He was new to her, and she listened to me (the daughter) about his needs. She was so thorough and took extra time caring for him. When I left to go home for the night, I felt very confident that he was in great hands. She took the time to clean out his nails, put lotion on him, and shave his stubble. He is normally alert and oriented x 4 but was confused in the ICU. I could tell that he was at ease with her. Thank you, Gloria.
