A pain that was unbearable was relieved because she advocated. And she made sure I had something to do like arts and crafts. Lastly, she kept me company at times so thank you, Gloria.
Gloria was an amazing nurse, I’m a very shy person but I felt so comfortable with her around. She made me laugh on multiple occasions which made my day a whole lot better. She advocated for anything I needed such as my painful IV. A pain that was unbearable was relieved because she advocated. And she made sure I had something to do like arts and crafts. Lastly, she kept me company at times so thank you, Gloria. I hope you consider this smart, compassionate, caring, quirky nurse. She really made a stressful admission into a slightly better one with her care.

She was very sweet and always had a great attitude. And overall very caring. Always asked both me and my mom continuously if we needed things. She always has a smile on her face, every time she came into the room. And always made me and my mom feel very needed. Both I and my mom appreciate everything that she’s done for us. May God bless her soul and her family.

This is the first time during a stay with my son that she has been our nurse, but it would have been awesome if that were different. She is the type of nurse who does her job but goes above and beyond that. She treats us as if we were her family. She knocks lightly before entering for privacy, checks on us several times throughout her shift. She is super attentive, she cares.

Gloria has been by far the most pleasant, sweet, and helpful nurse for the 2 days I was here. I wish I would have had her for both days. She was the only one to interact with my 1 year old and actually care about her progress in getting better. She was the only one who would assess and make sure we were both okay. Most importantly she would make sure my daughter was ok. Gloria was the only one who would check on is without have to ring for her. She is truly an example of what a pediatric nurse should be. Santa Rosa Hospital needs nurses like Gloria. She is an excellent nurse and made our last day very stress-free and positive.
