Nurse Gloria Peguero Santana has always been an angel. I had the pleasure of crossing paths with her throughout the years, and it’s always a pleasant surprise to see a familiar face amongst the medical staff that I began my journey with, 8 years ago, as a first-time mom.

Gloria is very gentle, caring, and allows the patient to let their guard down and feel safe. She was the first nurse to administer my daughter's vaccines as an infant, and we had the pleasure of seeing her this year for her annual vaccination. My daughter wasn’t very happy after she realized what was going on as an infant, but immediately before, she smiled and was all giggles.

Fast forward 8 years later and my daughter gravitated toward her immediately and left the clinic all smiles. I even had a chance to show her a video of her administering my daughter’s first vaccines. She thanked me for the pleasant surprise down memory lane.
