Gloria was so nice and attentive before my surgery and especially after my surgery before I went to my room. In this unit, my son wanted some coffee and the pot was empty. He told them that it was ok, not to make anymore, but they did anyway. I was their last patient in that unit. Everyone was very nice. Gloria was spot on. She was there for me the instant I needed her. I really appreciated it because I was so worried about this surgery.
