Glorivy Boylston, ASN, RN

Glorivy was visiting the Tampa area earlier this year. She was at a community pool relaxing with her family. A child yelled out that her twin sister needed help. The child's pulseless, lifeless body was pulled from the water, and Glorivy sprang into action. She started CPR and eventually gave three rounds of CPR, getting a pulse and reviving the child. She continued administering to the child until the ambulance arrived. The child was transported to Tampa General via life-flight. Glorivy saved that child's life that day; any delay in care would have had catastrophic lifelong results.

This act is an example of her selfless devotion to her duty as a Baptist Hospital Nurse.
