1. Godswell is such a breath of fresh air. He is so welcoming, kind, intelligent, and driven. He has personally taught me so much, not only about nursing but about life. I got the privilege to work with him one on one during clinicals, and I was lucky to have him. He took me under his wing with no problem and did right by me. He purposely tailored to my needs and made sure to reflect everything back to nursing school. He always kept positive and made me want to be better every day. He is awesome.
2. Godswell was taking care of a patient that was just diagnosed with advanced esophageal and stomach cancer. Sadly, the patient’s wife was also hospitalized. The couple had been married for over 50 plus years. The patient’s wife had no idea of her husband’s advanced cancer diagnosis. With the help and support of Godswell, the patient was able to see his wife and hold her hand. The patient was able to (in person) tell his wife how bad and advanced the cancer was. Godswell made this happen. When I asked Godswell for help making this visit happen, there was NO hesitation. He went way above and beyond for his patients and their mental health during a time period no family members were able to visit. Godswell always has a smile on his face. He is very easy to work with and is super helpful.
