When a patient was diagnosed with low oxygen, he was instructed by his doctor to come straight into the ER. Him and his wife were both very scared and concerned. The patient's wife described Gordon as amazing at answering their questions and calming her husband down. When the provider told them that he needed to go to MMC, Gordon stayed and answered all of their questions again, making them feel comfortable about the transfer and what to expect.
