Gordon Natal, PhD, MHA, RN, CCRN, CMSRN, NEA-BC

Across the campus, students used words to describe Dr. Natal, such as supportive, excellent motivator, role model, provided great assignment and practicum feedback, motivational, caring, flexible, and always available. Dr. Natal often meets with his students on weekends to review or answer questions.   He stays late or comes early to class and always has his door open.  He has been a nurse for 40 years, so he comes with lots of experience.  He still works bedside on the weekends, so he can ensure his students are up to date with the challenges happening on the floor.
