Grace Breer, RN
Grace was my father’s end-of-life nurse, and her presence meant the world to us. Each time she gave him medication, she would gently rub his arm and reassure him. She was always attentive to his comfort and listened to me when I felt he was in pain. I’m forever grateful for her kindness and care that night.
