Grace Byrd, RN, BSN

My daughter had to come into the ED last week, and Grace was a hero to her! My daughter is very shy of needle sticks and has small veins. They called in the expert, though, when the ED team asked for Grace. She was wonderful to my (very nervous) daughter, and she hit the mark every time. I truly appreciate Grace Byrd for making a tough situation much better. She's world-class!
