Grace seemed to think I was a person, and as such, deserved to be respected and guided through a tense situation with her professionalism. She made me very comfortable both physically and mentally, all the while getting her job done smoothly. She also dealt very effectively with my wife, who is also my primary caretaker, when I am going through these frequent procedures. Grace goes beyond what she is required to do according to her license, making her clients less fearful and more relaxed in the face of the mostly unknown.
