I would like to recognize Nurse Grace Song in recognition of the extraordinary care she provided to my father and our family during his stay in the ICU after he experienced a stroke. From the very beginning, Grace showed remarkable compassion, patience, and professionalism.

She was attentive not only to my father’s medical needs but also to the emotional needs of our entire family—especially my mother, who was overwhelmed and worried. Grace took the time to explain every step of my father’s treatment and care plan in a way that was clear and reassuring. She never made us feel rushed, and her calm, confident presence gave us comfort in an incredibly difficult time.
