My mom was admitted for chest pain. Grace was not only very professional, but also training a student and was very cheerful at the same time. I had to get her a couple of times and she never seemed bothered by it. She was just concerned and happy to help. She was very encouraging and helpful to the student also. She made mom's stay especially easy.
