“Above and beyond” is how patients and families consistently describe Grace. Though responsible for a large panel, she has a remarkable way of making each patient feel seen, valued, and deeply cared for. Families speak of her compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile—especially during their most difficult moments. One family shared how her presence and empathy during a crisis became a source of strength and comfort. Grace’s dedication reaches beyond borders. In November 2024, she made a medical mission to rural India (Bihar and UP). She also provides financial support to the Hope Foundation orphanage and sponsors the education of four underprivileged students. As a home care NP, Grace addresses social determinants of health, literacy gaps, and living conditions with cultural sensitivity and trust-building. She bridges the gap between clinical and social care by collaborating with community services, ensuring that each patient receives holistic, person-centered care.
