The person nominating Grace states that she "went above and beyond in her care and compassion for a very difficult/emotionally sensitive case."

A family was experiencing the loss of one of their family members.  “Grace delicately counseled the patient's family during this terrible ordeal.  She was able to comfort them during their time of mourning.  They stated that “Grace kept the husband updated, showing incredible empathy for the patient and family.”

“Grace even went on her lunch break to buy a floral arrangement and condolence note,”  for which the family was extremely grateful.  “Grace showed a stellar example of what you can’t teach out of an anatomy and pharmacology book. Grace is a credit to the LWR culture of care.”
