My 86-year-old mother was an inpatient having hemoptysis. She required an emergency pulmonary angiogram.
Then came Grace; she was going to assist the radiologist. She was calm, patient, and answered each and every question my mom had (even more than once). She was an angel. She put my mom at ease and truly made a huge difference. She told us (the family) where to wait after the procedure 2 hours and she called to reassure us it was continuing, and my mom was comfortable.
Grace then called when the procedure was completed and told us how and where to meet with the doctor. Her kindness, professionalism, and calm demeanor made a very difficult afternoon/evening so much easier to deal with. Kaiser is truly blessed to have Grace as a valued employee.
